Warm Tips
Please read the user manual carefully before using the camera.
The camera has no focus function and the lens is fixed. Please keep a shooting distance of 1.6 feet or more, the further away the better the shooting effect. Before inserting or removing the memory card (not included), please turn off the power.
When using for the first time, please format the memory card through the camera (maximum support 128GB SD card (not included) requires a memory card of class 10 or higher).
If the memory card has been used by other cameras, it also needs to be formatted.
If the video camera cannot detect the memory card, you can try to format the memory card on the computer and then put it into the video camera.

4K quality digital camera with countless advanced features
I was looking for a cheap 4K quality digital camera with video recording option and this one stood out among others in this class. I also like this camera because it comes with 2 batteries as well as an external charger so I can charge one battery while the other is in use. There are many similar cameras that come with 2 batteries but if you look closely they don't have an external charger which means you can only charge the battery while it is in the camera and by connecting the cable to the camera. This is a terrible design because imagine that while you are recording videos or taking photos the battery is almost empty and you can switch to your fully charged second battery to continue your video recording or taking photos but you cannot recharge the depleted battery as you are still using the camera with the second battery. Once the second battery is depleted you cannot use the camera until the battery is recharged. This is why you need an external battery charger, and this camera is one of the rare ones that offers this. Great job!
