Tips:
Please DOUBLE confirm your lens size before purchase via checking your lens thread size instead of camera model name,Your camera's lens thread size will be marked somewhere on the lens barrel. This number is always preceded by a "Ø" (diameter) symbol. Eg. Ø55mm=55mm thread size; some buyers only check their camera model instead of lens model, which may purchase wrong size
Explanation of "X" cross issues: "X" cross on images is a common issue with wide angle lenses and variable ND filters. Physics limit the capabilities of variable ND filters on wide angle lenses. When you enter the edge of the max range, the "X" issue may appear on your image.due to the particular angle of the two polarizers when approaching max density
Color Shift The color of the image may vary between warm and cold. This is a common phenomenon of all variable ND filters. You need to adjust your white balance accordingly when set the ND filter to different ranges
When to use Auto (AWB) or Custom White Balance If you have mixed light sources, such as tungsten light inside and some daylight from a window, then select AWB (auto white balance) and it will do a pretty good job of balancing them. You can also choose to set a custom balance. The short description of how to do that is: take a photo of something neutral (a white paper or a grey card) and tell the camera "use this as neutral" using the custom White Balance settings. Each camera is different, once again you'll need to consult your manual on how to do custom white balance

Neutral density can be adjusted from ND2 to ND400, Reduces the amount of light reaching the film without affecting the color.
Extend exposure time
Try an ND, or neutral density, filter. ND filters reduce the amount of light entering the lens. This makes it easier to achieve effects such as a shallower depth of field or blurred motion. Create spectacular images of the ocean washing over rocks, waterfalls, rivers, surfers flying across the waves.
Double Threaded
For this series, front thread diameter is bigger than the back thread diameter:
For example:
Back thread diameter (attach to lens): 67mm
Front thread diameter (attach additional filter/other accessories): 72mm

40.5mm works with ZV-1F
For those wondering what thread size a ZV-1F camera uses: 40.5mm. This works phenomenally with this camera. Regarding the ND filter, there is no need for a fancier ND filter, it is perfect for travel, especially for S-LOG which starts at 1000 ISO, you definitely need an ND filter. The price is also good

A great all-in-one choice!
I recently combined the K&F Concept 55mm Variable ND2-ND400 ND Lens Filter with my favorite lens and it has revolutionized the game. This filter offers a wide range of neutral density settings, allowing me to achieve the perfect exposure in different lighting conditions without having to constantly change filters. I particularly like the usefulness for videography, which allows for smooth control of shutter speeds!

Good product
This lens is very well made. Pretty tough. And does exactly what you need and more... I'm glad I have this lens in my camera bag.

Pretty
The product arrived on time. The filter has a smooth shape and is equipped with a gear. I used it with a Samsung S23 Ultra phone and the results when taking photos were excellent. Several settings need to be adjusted for video recording.

Great for the prices.
I've used it several times now to take photos of moving water with long exposure times. I think the photos come out great. The reviews often talk about uneven lighting, and the only time I saw this in my shoot was when I was between “settings” of the filter. There are dots on the ring of the filter that represent different ND settings. Landing in the middle of these settings or turning it past these settings will result in very strange lighting effects that you can see in some of the images uploaded by other users. I can see this very clearly in the live image from my camera when I rotate the filter. For the price, it's definitely worth it, even if you get a dud. I don't leave the house without it at this point. Adds an extra layer of complexity to the photography I love.

A great purchase at a great price
I needed something that would help me reduce the harsh lighting during midday shoots. Found this gem. It was ordered and delivered IN ONE DAY! It's great quality, doesn't feel light and cheap. Fits my Canon 50mm 1.8 for my T6. I'm looking forward to putting it to use. The attached photo is what I see on my display. But you can absolutely see the difference

Great filter
Love it. Easy to use. Points must be used for correct alignment. When you switch to the Min/Max marker, you'll see the "X" you see in some photos. This is purely user error. I've done it myself. What I love about the variable filter is that I can set it to the lowest setting on my lens, set my shot and focus, and then turn it to the maximum setting to take my shot. You don't need to remove the filter to set up a different composition. Photo: Nikon D7100/Sigma 18-250mm ISO 100 Shutter 1/6 sec f/4.5 (I think) Nd - highest setting I rushed to take this shot because I was being eaten alive by black flies . So I adjusted the aperture and instead pushed the shutter further and further up to achieve an acceptable exposure. I also had some condensation on my lens when I screwed on the filter, creating a haze at the top of the image. Should have used aperture 11+ and a 1 second exposure time, but the water still mixed well.

Surprised by this filter
Definitely a nice surprise! For the price I expected an average filter. I am attaching a copy of one of the first five photos I took with it in the Smoky Mountains. The first 4 were just a matter of figuring out the shutter speed I wanted. Very satisfied, woman happy - you couldn't ask for more. I'm looking forward to taking lots of pictures with this 82mm variable ND filter with my Tamron 24-70 lens (or a wide angle lens if I can afford one) on my Nikon D-500.

FAQs
A
There is a slight cross-hatching at maximum aperture with ultra-wide angle lenses up to 24mm at 1-5 stops of reduction, the longer the focal length used the less the cross-hatching will affect. At the maximum stop of reduction there will be a noticeable cross-hatching, which will disappear naturally if you continue to rotate the lens, this is a physical phenomenon and not a product problem.

Due to the use of a polarising film to control the amount of incoming light, colour cast is a common phenomenon on all commercially available adjustable ND's. KF has minimised the effect of the polarising film on the colour cast by using a mature manufacturing process and perfecting its coating technology.
*According to laboratory data, the ND2-400 has a bias value of around 290k, which is below the industry average of 500k.
Does the ND2-400 have dark corners?
Tested with Nikon Z 7 and Nikor 14-30mm Sline, dark corners are not noticeable at 14mm, no dark corners at 16mm.

1. The shutter speed can be freely varied to suit the desired effect without changing the aperture, while maintaining the optimum iso.
2. A large aperture exposure can be used to create a bokeh background effect while maintaining the same shutter speed
3. Even with a shutter speed of 1/8000 second, a maximum aperture of F1.4 or F1.2 can lead to overexposure. The ND2-400 can easily eliminate overexposure in such cases, preserving highlight detail.
*As with zoom lenses, the adjustable ND has a wider range of applications and is suitable for a wider range of scenarios, so if you are looking for the ultimate in image quality it is recommended that you choose a fixed value ND.
