Secure. The Lumix also has a 1/4 inch tripod mount. So that should fit.

I also had the problem that the plate wobbled. Simply tighten with the included Allen key. After that everything is solid and stable. ;-)

Hello, of course that depends on the angle of the legs and what is mounted on top. When I'm out and about with the tele, 2.8 kg come together from above alone. Despite the most unfavorable display angle, I've already attached approx. 3 kg (car jack :-) ) to it. In the best case, 10 kg are easily possible! Hope to have helped you. Kind regards
