The UV filter is good for protecting the front lens from contamination and the inside of your lens from UV radiation. Good filters absorb almost no light and have no color cast. In most cases, however, UV protection of the lenses in the lens is not necessary, as they are already coated and have their own protection. The filters do a good job of protecting against dirt and scratches. 

Why should you do that? I don't think that's possible, and that's not the purpose of the filter 

The filter must have a thread diameter of 52mm for the FZ300. Therefore, the filter must be ordered in size 52mm! 

Both threads are 67mm to attach additional filters.
