high winds 40+ mph where i live . can this unit withstand 40-60pm winds? Can the unit record wind gusts up to 60-70 mph?
A
Our weather station has recorded 60+ mph gusts and done just fine. We routinely will get 60+ when storms roll in and it hasn't been effected and still working fine. So yes, it can withstand 40-60 mph winds and record 60-70+ mph gusts. Hasn't gotten higher than upper 60+ mph yet, so above 70 mph, I am unsure.
Q
