What is a blue brushed filter and what does it do?

It is more suitable for simulating the light effect of anamorphic widescreen, creating blue lines at the light source, adding a unique aesthetic to the picture

So my battery was empty too, so just put a new one in :) The extra holder is for a camera because I don't use it I can't answer this answer, but I think that it can be attached to the other things, i.e. where the cell phone is connected you would have to rebuild it if you want to use a normal camera, there is a thread on it

These binoculars have night vision in low light conditions and can be used at night but not in total darkness.

Some ND filters leave a blue caste on the image, does this filter leave a caste please?

I personally haven’t noticed this.. using the 1.8 … there is a tiny bit of discolouration using the 10 stop..This is so easily corrected using something like light room Correcting the colour temperature.
