Q
Why is the rear camera not recording video? I have it in my rear window, not connected with the red wire to the reverse lights.
A
Hello, please check if the rear camera is fully inserted into the dash cam main body.
Q
Can the rear camera be installed inside a truck cab looking out through the back window?
A
Hello, no problem. It can install inside the car and look outside. There is a 3m sticker for you to attach it to the windshield.
Q
how to hook up the camera. what power does it use to run when the car is off..??????
A
So when it powers off, it goes into a sleep mode. That sleep mode doesn't require alot of power, but if you have it set to turn on if the camera detects vibrations, it uses the cars battery. Mine is plugged in all the time and it only powers on when I turn the car on or it feels vibrations. With the vibration setting, it will turn on when I open my car door. But if your power source isn't powered when the car shuts off, then it doesn't use any power, just what the camera has stored up. Hope that helps
Q
Can I use it in may car?
A
Yes …. You can use anywhere it goes with you… I use mine in our camper
Q
Can this endoscope camera be used in cars? i want to see my car engine
A
Our wireless endoscopic cameras work with cars/vehicles. Such as carbon deposits on piping valves, removing missing bolts in engine bays, inspecting cylinder walls and pistons, gearboxes, muffler pipes, etc.
