Q
Does the low light filter affect the color temperature?
A
The low light filter does not affect the color temperature.
Q
Unable to connect to WiFi after changing the WiFi password?
A
Please note that the WiFi password should not be set to less than 8 digits. If the password is set to a number less than 8 digits, we will not be able to connect to WiFi. We need to provide a refresh software to reset the WiFi password to the initial password before resuming use.
Q
Does the light-reducing filter produce color cast? How do you control it?
A
The best stacking combination of nano-film systems is used to make the spectrum overall smooth and there will be a little color cast.
Q
Does this have a color shift?
A
All "neutral" density filters have some shift. These are very minimal. You can see a review comparing these on youtube. They have less color shift than a much more expensive competitor. It is easy to correct if desired using custom white balance or white balance adjustment in software. They are consistent across all of the filters in my experience.
Q
Would this be suitable for holding an LED ring light within a make-up studio?
A
yes, however for added stability you should add counter weight at the bottom.
