Yes! The night vision binoculars with camera use a powerful 850nm infrared light to illuminate targets and capture reflected radiation for imaging. With a 7-level adjustable infrared light, you can enjoy clarity in darkness, with higher levels enhancing image sharpness.
Q
When charging, is the light green or red?

The LED light displays red when charging and green when fully charged or no-load.
Q
I have been charing this by sun and with a wall outlet. I see a red light, but it won't charge anything. Can someone please help me?
A
It does not have a battery, so it will not charge. It charges batteries of other devices (batteries) or other batteries. For example, you use it to charge a battery pack during the day. When the sun goes down you connect the battery it charged to charge something, like a cell phone, to charge it up. You can also charge a phone (battery) with it while it is in the sunlight.
