Yes, our night vision goggles can be used both during the day and at night. 

Our outdoor surveillance camera offers a daytime vision distance of up to 500ft and night vision up to 100ft, thanks to its 6 spotlights and 6 infrared LEDs. 

Only when PIR is triggered at night will the night vision be on, otherwise the machine will always be in sleep state. If the machine is awake and still cannot switch IR, please check whether the day mode is selected in the camera settings-basic functions-day and night mode, and the infrared mode needs to be turned on 

First, you need to check whether the camera battery is sufficient. When the battery is below 30%, you cannot take pictures at night. You can see the battery in the lower right corner of the camera screen; then format the memory card; find the delay in the menu Take pictures, note that the factory default setting is 30 seconds, but if the animal stays in front of the camera for less than 30 seconds, the picture will not be taken. You can try to set it to 8 seconds, 5 seconds, etc.
