LED Video Light has three different brightness levels, which can make shooting in different environments more flexible and make your selfies more beautiful. After the AI sensor is turned on and the LED video light shows double flash, press the AI vision sensor power button to change the brightness. Never need to afraid of dark environment!

You can attach a phone to it but it is mainly a desk based lamp. You might be able to walk around with it but it would be a bit clumsy I think.
