what is the difference between ND 2-32 and ND 8-128 ? and does the 49mm works for tamron 28-75 for sony ?

if your tamron 28-75 lens is 49mm, the two filteers can work for your lens , Please verify your camera's lens thread size(usually marked somewhere on the lens barrel or printed underneath the lens cap) before ordering.The number is always preceded by a "ø" (diameter) symbol the two lens difference is the stops

Can I use a polariser together with the ND filter with this holder?

There does'nt appear to be a facility for holding a circular polariser on this system (i.e. the type you can rotate in the mount)
