how does one know if the console is connected to the sensor outside?

You will see data from the outside sensor on your console. Look for rain, wind speed, wind direction, UV strength, temperature etc

What is the point of the batteries in the display console?
A
The display console unit can run on batteries only. However, without the a/c power cable, the display only stays on for seven seconds, and to get the display to come on, one has to press a button on the display console. Also, when running on batteries only, the unit will not maintain a wifi connection, so it won't reliably upload weather data to WeatherUnderground or other weather networks.

How is the multiple calculated?

Equipped with eyepieces: H6mm, H20mm The multiples are: 300/6 = 50 times, 300/20 = 15 times. If you choose a 3 times Ballov lens, the magnification is 50X3 = 150 times, 15X3 = 45 times; plus a 1.5 times orthographic lens, the imaging is a positive image, and the magnifications are: 50X1.5 = 75 times, 15X1. 5 = 22.5 times. Namely: minimum magnification: 15 times, maximum magnification: 150 times.

Is the bigger the multiple, the clearer you can see?

Of course, the multiple is not the only one, it mainly depends on the comprehensive factors such as aperture and focal length. For example, if the windows of a house are large, the light will be natural and the view will be clear, the same reasoning.

Can one camera be bound to multiple devices?
A
A camera can only be bound to one account, and other accounts can only be viewed through the sharing mechanism. If other accounts need to reconfigure the camera, please remove the device under the first account first.
