Q
When I connect the cable from the ring light to the power supply and press the on button, the light only lights up for a very short time. Please help!
A
Hello. I can't say what that can be, but I would try with other power supplies.
Q
Can the microscope stage be moved during observation?
A
The microscope has two clips on the stage to secure the slide. You can adjust the slider position more freely to change the viewing image.
Q
Would this be suitable for holding an LED ring light within a make-up studio?
A
yes, however for added stability you should add counter weight at the bottom.
Q
what is the material of the ring made out of?
A
Metal
Q
How to tell when rotating if it is polarizing? I cannot visibly see any difference when rotating.
A
Try a different lighting setting. 93° from the sun to darken skies or solar reflections will be effected with a polarizer filter. I’m not sure what the seller means from their reply.
