Q
Is this telephoto lens for smartphone compatible with an android phone?
A
Yes, it’s compatible with most smartphones on the market, including iPhones and Android phones.
Q
Can this lamp also be attached to a smartphone to take product photos?
A
Hi, With the clip it would be possible but a bit impractical
Q
Will it communicate when the smartphone with the app is far away (for instance between the weekend house and home) - while both having WiFi?
A
After the mobile phone and the device are successfully connected, as long as the device is in the WiFi area where you are connected, your mobile phone can remotely view the device data through the APP as long as it is connected to the Internet. Please pay attention to ensure that you are using 2.4GHz WiFi when connecting, and the WiFi area where the device is located has a strong signal to avoid accidental disconnection due to weak signal. Hope this information is helpful to you.
Q
Will this work with an android smartphone?
A
Yes, the Spotscope is compatible with all Android (latest) smartphones and iPhones.
Q
Can the tripod be used with a smartphone holder?
A
Yes, I'm sure it can, but not know what type of holder you have I can't commit to that 100%. It has a typical head, but any adapter or quick release could work, no harm in ordering and returning if you don't like, but only if shipping is free to you. Really nicely done set of sticks but I'm used to modifying things on the whim so that's where my sureness comes in.
