Q
Can I still use AA battery as backup for this trail camera?
A
Yes, you can use 4 or 8 rechargeable AA batteries as backup.
Q
How is the camera powered, and what happens if there is no sunlight?
A
This camera has a large 15,000mAh battery, and it keeps itself charged with 2 methods: solar power and power sources. On cloudy days, the camera relies on its battery. However, heavy camera usage might eventually drain the battery. You'll receive a notification if the battery level gets too low.
Q
What can I do with the wifi function of this trail camera?
A
You can view photos and videos from this WiFi trail camera without removing it from the mount. And you can set the camera in the APP. This is very useful for cameras mounted in high places or hard-to-reach places.
Q
How does this trail camera work?
A
Hello, this trail camera can provide 4K video and 30MP photo. It's clear enough to see what you're shooting with this hunting camera. So you get clear images even in the dark. More importantly, this hunting camera has WiFi connection and APP control. That means you can use the APP to preview and download photos on your phone. It's so convenient.
Q
Does the camera always have to be powered? even if the baby monitor is not being used? Or do you switch off the camera somewhere?
A
The camera does not have an on/off switch. If you want to switch them off completely, you have to disconnect them from the power supply (e.g. when not in use) but you can also leave them plugged in.
