The ND values of the three filters are different. In order to avoid the phenomenon of suitable exposure for wide-angle cameras and medium telephoto cameras and underexposure for telephoto cameras, the light reduction values of the three lenses are slightly different. For example: Wide angle ND8, medium telephoto ND8, telephoto for ND0 Wide angle ND16, medium telephoto ND16, telephoto ND8 Wide angle ND32, medium telephoto ND32, telephoto ND16 Wide angle ND64, medium telephoto ND64, telephoto ND3 ND&PL filters also have the same ND value distribution as ND filters 

With 28 layers of anti-reflective coating, it can effectively reduce the reflection on the surface of the filter. I think these filters can effectively reflect light.

Don’t forget that it’s a manual lens adapter. Works with full manual lenses. If your lens has no physical aperture ring, you cannot control it from your camera 

Any lens that use the M42 size screw in mount. The only other screw mount is M39 and these won’t fit, they would need a different adaptor. They will invariably be vintage lenses and you will only be able to use them in the aperture priority or manual modes, stopping town the iris when metering. Search on EBay for “M42 lens”, that will give you an idea of what you can find.
