Useless Trail Camera
This camera eventually arrived but does not switch on - it is basically dead. Every complaint is eventually answered starting with the same annoying template first sentence , “Sorry for late reply, just found your email in my junk mail.”
The first response said that the answer to my problem was to slide the on/off switch on! The second response was that their product department was investigating and could I send a picture of the batteries in the camera!
I very much doubt I will get any help. Utterly useless customer service ans utterly useless product.
