I have been generally pleased with this purchase apart from the fact that the advertised 'fast acting trigger' time of 0.2 seconds doesn't work. My use has shown that image recording only begins approximately 10 seconds after it has been triggered by its passive infra red movement detector. This is a 50 times slower response time than Crenova advertise.I obviously contacted Crenova about this and they responded quickly and sent me some new firmware to load into the camera. I followed the instructions I was given and the firmware was uploaded. However, this did not solve the problem! I still suffered a 10 second trigger time delay.I again advised Crenova of this situation and they again responded promptly but could only offer nothing more than a full refund if I returned the product.I don't want a refund. I JUST WANT A PRODUCT THAT WORKS AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK!However, I'm basically being told to like it (with the fault) or lump it! I would have thought they would have offered to replace the faulty product with one that meets the specification promised!Everything else regarding this product is acceptable to me. I may have also complained about the very poor operating instruction manual supplied with the product., However, without asking, they also emailed me a more comprehensive version of the manual at the same time as they supplied me with that new firmware which didn't solve the trigger delay problem. The second manual is just about acceptable in explaining how the camera should be programmed and used.
