Would I buy again
When I was looking for a camera backpack, this model from K&F Concept caught my eye because I initially liked the look of it. It clearly stands out from my previous plain black backpack and also from the more practical than pretty photo bags of my colleagues. So I decided to test the backpack. The main requirements I have for a camera backpack are: - Everything has to fit - My equipment should be well protected - I want to be able to get to my camera quickly - When I put the backpack down, it mustn't tip over - The backpack has to fit comfortably so that I can carry out all movements of the shooting normally The interior of the backpack is divided into different areas. The lower, large compartment can be filled from the side next to the back or from the side pocket and contains small Velcro separators that can be rearranged as required. There is enough space for my Nikon D750 with Sigma 50mm lens and screwed-on battery grip, and a second lens and a clip-on flash easily fit in the self-velcroed compartments next to it. The upper compartment can be reached via the backpack flap, there is enough space for something to drink and eat, handkerchiefs, a mobile phone and a few small items. All things that I otherwise laboriously store between my photo stuff. I particularly liked this separation of the two main subjects. In addition, small pockets for memory cards or batteries are sewn into the two zip accesses so that you can find them again quickly. Is my equipment well protected? I had the backpack with me in the sea, I threw it in the sand from time to time, it rained lightly. The contents didn't notice any of this and there aren't any external marks on the backpack either, so I would answer the question with yes. However, the separation of the two main compartments is not completely sealed, so if you transport a bottle in the upper compartment, for example, there is a risk that it will leak and also affect the contents of the other compartment. In addition to the backpack, you get a rain cover that fits exactly over the backpack and reliably keeps water out. The side camera pocket is great, you have quick access to the camera and yet it doesn't leave it as exposed as direct access with a normal backpack would allow. Clear plus point. Despite carelessly throwing it in the sand and relatively strong wind, the backpack did not tip over. Now, my backpack wasn't necessarily full to the brim, since I only take the most necessary things with me when I'm out and about with the camera, but I can still say that it sits really comfortably on my back. Both the straps and the side next to the back are well padded and do not interfere with the classic photographer's yoga :-) Conclusion: You get a hard-wearing and chic small camera backpack that absolutely serves its purpose. If you like to travel with a little more equipment, you should look for another model. Anyone - like me - who goes out to take pictures with little luggage and wants to stow away a lot of small things and tools will be very happy with this backpack.
