K&F Concept Customer Service is excellent.
UPDATE: K&F Concept customer service was excellent and sent a replacement battery. This battery is fully functional. Updating my review back up to 5 stars due to K&F Concept's responsiveness and customer service, which can be hit or miss with overseas brands. I have no problem recommending K&F Concept as a responsible brand.

Ok, first the Pros:
Small form factor
Charges batteries reasonably quickly - including the standard Sony brand batteries.
Easy USB-C connector.
Cons:
One of the two batteries was completely faulty and would not take a charge, right out of the box.
I've reached out to K&F Concept Customer Service and will update this review based upon the results of the resolution of the issue.
