Top quality, very stable, also a monopod (2 in 1)
I did a lot of research and was previously convinced that this would be perfect for my hybrid photography.
One should buy fluid head and that is the most economical in price but not in terms of quality.
I thought of Manfrotto BeeLive but it was too light and no monopod possible.
positives:
+ Very very sturdy
+ When extending 171cm from 191cm as a monopod
+ Panning is very smooth
+ Tilting is smooth as well
+ Ease of use
+ Good looking
+ We can fully control the rigidity of both axes of movement with the given screw knobs.
+ Can easily turn down the liquid head for a close-up shot
+ Can easily hang more weight with the hook to make it more stable.
+ Economical, half the price. Hold the liquid head and
If you want to use L-Bracket, you need to buy an adapter, the included quick release adapter perfectly fits any camera with 1/4 or 3/8 screw, but it is wider than common L-Bracket 39mm x 10mm.
3kg weight was not a criterion for me. Manfrotto BeeLive is 1.4 kg, but certainly not more robust. What I needed
was certainly a monopod.
Negative
- One will find it a bit confusing to balance with built in two mind levels. But you will soon learn.
We need to use the lever to pull so that the ball head will start tilting.
- The quick release plate could have been longer, 150mm instead of 100m which is supplied. It would have made the camera more stable with a longer lens. This would have made Panorama much better.
As a final criticism, I am very satisfied with the tripod and am looking for a long pleasant working with it.
I recommend it without hesitation.
