Best FPV drone for beginners
I've been flying GPS stabilized camera drones for years. I've wanted to get into FPV for a while, but initially the fact that you had to build your own model put me off. Then DJI released a GPS stabilized FPV drone with different modes to take you from beginner to expert... but I never wanted to spend that kind of money to learn a hobby where crashes are not only common, but... to be expected. Enter the BetaFPV Cetus Pro. Wow. just wow. Robust - I've crashed it more times than I can count and it just keeps running. Safe - The props are surrounded by guards. I did all my knowledge in the house and didn't damage anything and harm nobody. Easy to learn - 3 modes - Normal, Sport and Manual. Combine that with three speeds and you have the perfect drone to take you from beginner to expert. Everything you need is in the box. You don't have to spend another penny... although I bought four more batteries and an extra charger. Batteries last 5 minutes at most, but that's normal for FPV. I think even DJI's much more expensive FPV batteries only last about 5 minutes in manual mode. The only thing I really wish is that this drone had a way to record videos. But at less than $300 for everything you need to get started, I really don't care. No regret. This thing is awesome.
