Excellent tripod with Outstanding Customer Service
I use this tripod for my cell phone during zoom and google meet video platforms. It's easy to use, very flexible, and is very helpful during this time of virtual learning. After an entire year since I purchased the tripod, I had a slight issue with one of the legs. I contacted K&F CONCEPT directly, late on a Friday afternoon via email regarding my concern. Before midnight, I heard back from customer service several times. (Yes, they went out their way after hours to help with my concern, late on a Friday night. Who else does this?) I sent pictures and they automatically sent a replacement, with order placed before midnight. The replacement tripod came on Sunday. Talk about super fast service! This is one of the best customer services there is. Don't hesitate to purchase from this company. They stand behind their products. Their customer service is Outstanding!!!!! I am very, very impressed!
