This is the way!
K&F Concept has the right idea with these batteries. Everything is moving to USB-C now. Everywhere you look, you will find lithium-ion and USB-C. This is a wonderful thing. No special charger. No special cable. You can charge these pretty much anywhere. If you can charge your phone - even iPhones will have USB-C going forward - you can charge these batteries. And as K&F Concept has shown, the addition of a USB-C connector need not add to the cost.
Speaking of cost, if you've purchased LP-E6 batteries for a Canon "pro" DSLR, you know how painful it is to shop OEM. At the current time, these batteries cost roughly one-third the cost and don't require a special charger. This should be a no-brainer.
My Canon 6D does not display any warnings about the battery when identifying it and had no issues with registering it for tracking its state of health.
I love the cleverness and convenience of a built-in USB-C port, and it never hurts to have more batteries on hand. What remains to be seen is how well these batteries will hold up over time. If cell and circuit quality is there, these should serve me well for years to come.
