It is great to come across a camera backpack that really does give you plenty of space for everything you could possibly want to carry. Including laptop, tripod and some biscuits. It even comes with a small camera bag that you can use separately, or for when you need all your equipment with you - but not all the time. For example when camping and hiking for several days, where you can leave the "main" bag and the bulk of your kit at base camp and run off to capture that sunset with just the essentials. I say "essentials" as the extra bag is pretty small but still ideal for the likes of a mirrorless, lens and filter.

The bag itself however is large (bordering on very large) which is a great thing in terms of carrying kit, but if you fill it up then you have the weight of everything to contend with. That takes me on to comfort and I was surprised to find this wasn't the most comfortable bag to wear (or at least to try and walk up the hills with). The padding that lays on your shoulders feels like it isn't the best or rather isn't in the right place. Perhaps its just because I'm short and skinny - it might fit better on others.

I do like the physical design and style of the bag, and that orange colour scheme makes it easy to spot a drop memory card and so forth. But the inside pocket is also solid orange (as opposed to being a net or transparent), meaning its difficult to see and find anything you put in there. Otherwise, the design is well thought out and works well with all the kit I tried in different combinations. The build quality feels and looks pretty high in all aspects. I was a bit concerned about a few of the zips and the sealing around them, but I had it out in the rain a few times with no issues what so ever.

I think the cost is reasonable and this bag is still really worth considering should you need something big. It is a very good bag, let down slightly by the shoulder padding, that orange pocket and a few other minor things.
