Super light, well thought out layout, lots of small zippered compartments - the perfect companion!!
First of all: I cannot understand why you lose points because you cannot fit everything into the small backpack - the description provides dimensions and more than enough pictures. So if necessary, just choose a larger model!I am totally happy and satisfied with my new companion for photo trips, where you don't have to take the "big stuff" with you, but you do need more than just a camera and a lens. For "just taking the camera with you on a walk" I have a small crossbody photo bag that can either hold a camera with a (small) lens or two interchangeable lenses if the camera dangles around your neck in good weather. Add to that a spare battery and memory card, and you're done. And I have a large backpack that can also hold accessories, several lenses, rain protection, glass ball, provisions, tripod and stuff. But it is just big and often gets in the way when you are taking photos if you always have it on your back.In short: I was missing the "middle ground". But not to be worn over the side (my shoulder quickly declared the attempt a failure), but as a backpack. Light, handy, but with lots of storage space. In a way, bigger inside than outside ;-). And, what can I say: I found it! It is amazingly light, the division is flexible and with Velcro, and offers space for a camera and various lenses (of course, everything depends on the type of camera and the size of the lenses, of course). With an additional Velcro strip, you can tighten a compartment (in my case it is usually the one with the camera so that it doesn't fly back and forth) a little more tightly. The straps and the side that rests on the back are well padded, and a padded handle on the top is often useful too. But what made me choose this model are the many small compartments! Inside the "lid" there is a mesh compartment (with a zipper, very good) and two small compartments (with a shared zipper). You can safely stow memory cards, spare batteries, brush pens or whatever here so that they don't accidentally fall out when you open the backpack. There is a patch pocket on the outside at the front with a zip (double zip); inside there are two small mesh compartments, without a zip but with an elastic band. On each side there is a mesh compartment with elastic and above it a firm, wide elastic band, for a bottle or tripod (or a packet of biscuits...). All at a really reasonable price, plain in black - I am very satisfied! The narrow turquoise stripe at the front (darts; looks white in some photos, blue in others) was not my thing - but that was quickly fixed with a permanent marker :-). So I would definitely recommend buying it for anyone looking for a backpack that doesn't get in the way when taking photos or on longer trips, but can still hold a lot! Oh, and I have an EOS M50,So it's more of a small camera, but I almost always have 3 additional lenses with me, including a telephoto lens. And my equipment still leaves a lot of room, so even with a larger camera I'm sure I'll be able to fit a lot of things in!
