K&F Concept Lens Mount Adapter.
It does a good job but it's a bit tricky taking it off the lens. Never-the-less, it holds the lens well, although I tend to only use with a 210m/m Tokina, which isn't very heavy. I couldn't use it with my Micro-Nikkor as it tends to bind the aperture ring for some reason but it is a very old lens.
