Great value for money!
Really, really good value for money.I was originally a little skeptical about purchasing a £60 tripod as I’ve used a heavy duty (and quite expensive) Manfrotto for the last 4 years. However I needed something lightweight to take on longer adventures and I didn’t really want to spend silly money on something that would likely be beaten up after a few months of use. So, after weighing up the reviews and the price I decided to go ahead and order this tripod - I’ve owned it for about 2 weeks now and it’s been a treat to use.I’ll put some pros and cons below!Pros:* Great value for money.* Very lightweight and sturdy for the price.* The ball head is smooth to use and feels strong.* Small enough to carry in a medium sized backpack.* Easily supports my Fuji XT2 w/ 23mm 1.4.Cons:* Not super stable when the legs are fully extended; this is to be expected with a budget tripod though.* The leg clips are plastic and don’t feel very strong.* The ball head can fall off quite easily, make sure you tighten it A LOT or add some thread locker. Conclusion:I haven’t owned this tripod long enough to really comment on the durability but so far so good. For a budget travel tripod you honestly can’t go wrong, it’s sturdy enough to deal with most situations and the lightweight build is a treat on long walks.. you’ll definitely save yourself a backache!
