Good camera, good service
This was a replacement for a previous version which we had done technical issues with. The first was a gift for my dad to take pictures of the wildlife in his garden.The customer service team were excellent and after trying to talk us through how to resolve the problem, sent us a code to get a replacement. We are now able to return to receiving pictures of foxes, badgers, crows and - more regularly than we would perhaps like - cat’s backsides. ;)The product itself is very good and the customer service was excellent
