I purchased this for the lens on a new camera. Tried it out on holiday in Corfu. Excellent photos and the lens was protected.

K&F do make some decent gear for the money I've found and this UV lens filter is no different. Honestly this is supremely well made with a high quality finish and a perception of a properly expensive bit of kit.
Now, I do appreciate that the jury is out on whether a UV filter is or is not needed and on that subject I have no real feelings. What I do like though is that using a UV filter prevents damage - within reason - to my actual lens. Okay, I get the fact that if I drop my camera off the back of a truck it's not going to survive, but having that lens filter does stop minor scratches and abrasive dust. It also keeps my fingers away from the lens and being flat easy to clean thoroughly with a cloth.
Overall a no brainer for me. I always put a UV filter on my lenses immediately upon purchase simply to add a bit of protection and K&F do some great ones for entirely reasonable money.

Very well made, and good value for money. But....
unfortunately I had to return this to the dealer because the filter was fractionally too wide to accommodate a lens hood, which was a very necessary requirement.
The dealer accepted the return readily, and had a very good, free, system for doing so. Well done!

I bought this filter to protect my camera lens from dust and the elements.
It fits my lens perfectly and comes packaged in a protective plastic case. Really pleased with the additional protection this filter provides to my camera lens.

This filter is made by well known brand in the photography industry and is extremely easy to fit providing you buy the correct size (all lenses require a different size filter) and most importantly this particular varient of filter helps avoid any scratches or pesky little fingers smudging lens frontal element K&F Concept is certainly up there with the top brands and in my opinion should definitely be a worthy contender in anyone's books

Great lens filter for a good price. I haven't noticed any blue tint or any reduced picture quality.

UV filter good and cheap, I only use them to protect the lens they screw on and off easy , but be aware of the polarising filter I received with this order(Amazon won’t let me review it separately) it’s the second one iv bourght and it keeps locking on the treads ,if I can get it off my 10-20mm lens it will be going into the bin and I’ll be getting a Hoya polarising filter ,have only even had this problem this polarising filter , the treads seem to be roughy cut and I dont want to destroy my lens

I recently got back into shooting film. Modern digital cameras don't need UV filters due to modern day lens coatings. However, I have quite a few vintage lenses that have quite a bit of haze due to older or absent lens coatings. It really helped with my Jupiter 8 and Super Takumar lenses. The multi-coating really helps reduce haze and increase contrast.
