It is an adapter for old lenses that use M42 (pink) to Sony and that does not keep anything secret that cares about electronic contacts. However, it is not advisable to buy any adapter, even if it is more expensive because it can give you holes and not adjust well. This KF Concept stands for perfection, well built (totally metal) and aesthetically very good. I am a user of various adapters of this brand and I am very satisfied. Totally recommendable

The adapter allows the use of AF or MF Minolta/Sony A fit lenses on Sony FE mirrorless cameras. Very well made. The lens can only be operated in manual focus, but it's fine in most cicumstances. There is an aperture control, not marked with f numbers, but with click stops so we can count off the apertures if we need to. Does the job and will enable me to do some vintage reviews of Minolta SLR lenses.

Excellent product in terms of robustness and precision of attachment. It would be perfect, given the price, if it came already equipped with the Allen key needed to straighten the lens with respect to the camera body. It is a very small key and it is difficult to find it in a common hardware store.

Better looking adapter, and as easy to use for Sony E Mount. Clicks onto FD lenses with no hassle, feels sturdy and robust.
