When I bought this 9 months ago, I just wanted something I did not have to replace, and this did the trick. As after all the time I have had this, I have not had any ideas about replacing it at any time, no matter how light it is, it is small, it is durable. What not to love?

This is an excellent quality build tripod. It weighs the same as my excellent Manfrotto BeFree tripod but is larger and more sturdy. The release on the head connecting to the camera requires a short screw on and off rather than the usual quick release snap on but this isn't a major issue to me. The head is completely screw off anyway and can be replaced with anything you might prefer (I swap it with the head from my Manfrotto and an ancient pan-and-tilt head). The head replacement system is extremely good but requires strong hands and a bit of thought. I have the gold version but wish it was done in a non-shiny gold/silver version but that's a small issue. I actually like holding this tripod as it feels good quality for such a light weight.

I was looking for a tripod for my SLR camera, which was not very large, so that when folded I could carry it in my backpack.

This one was recommended to me, and I'm delighted with it.

It adapts perfectly to any type of camera, which I liked.

I pick it up in a moment and easily, it has good quality materials and brings its protective cover, quite good by the way.

I can regulate it to the height I want. At the top it has a ball joint that allows you to make any movement with the camera, as can be seen in the photos.

I also want to emphasize that it hardly weighs, it is very light and stable, it gives security when putting my camera in it.

The materials are of good quality, everything is designed and thought to the millimeter to get the most out of it.

Aesthetically it is black, with orange details, which makes it eye-catching.

For the quality it has at all, it has seemed expensive compared to others on the market, without a doubt it has been a good purchase.

I was shopping around for small and lightweight tripods to go travelling with and had considered some tripods that were far more expensive than this, including the Peak Design carbon tripod, but why bother? This is an amazing bit of kit for the money. So compact and lightweight. I’ve used it on location as well as some studio work as it now replaces a much larger and bulkier Manfrotto I’d had for years and found clumsy to use. I love the fact that you can get down really low to the ground for epic landscapes and water reflections too. I’m currently using it with a Smallrig L-bracket which fits perfectly into the existing head. Highly recommended. Thanks K&F Concept team!

This is a seriously excellent piece of gear. All functions are quick and easy to use and it's rock solid. The final test will be it's resilience. If it passes, and I fully expect it to, this tripod will represent a first class choice. As a welcome bonus, the instruction leaflet is hugely entertaining. It's in English, but not as we know it.
