I declare that I was initially very skeptical about the characteristics of this object, but as soon as I was able to collect it, I immediately realized that it was a quality product. Let's start with the weight, a feature that many underestimate but that offers great stability, just like in this case. 1.5 kg of aluminum which will help you shoot much sharper. Absolutely practical to transport thanks to the bag in which it is contained and above all thanks to its small size: 40 cm when closed which allowed me to store it safely in hand luggage. At its maximum extension it measures 150cm and thanks to the excellent leg locking systems it will be extremely stable. The ball joint is very smooth and the camera can be rotated very easily. The well-designed screw mount, structured to firmly hold the camera on the tripod. Ability to take wonderful panoramic photos thanks to a small wheel which, if unscrewed, allows you to slowly and absolutely steadily rotate the camera. A small highlight of this tripod is the possibility, thanks to an supplied Allen key, to unscrew a tripod leg to use it as a monopod. I strongly recommend buying this product which has only points in favor, after 2 months of use I have not yet found any fault and I am really satisfied! allows you to slowly and absolutely steadily rotate the camera. I am a professional architecture and interior photographer and also do videography. Was looking for a tripod that is light yet stable and sturdy (since my equipment can be heavy i.e. tilt shift/telezoom lenses, and expensive). This K&F tripod ticked all the boxes and the price point is perfect.
This tripod has an excellent and smooth quick release system which is important for me especially when moving from location to location during the critical lighting window for outdoor shots.
The tripod's height is impressive and it can be extended with an option to attach additional weight at the centre of gravity point to make it even more secure.
The tripod's colour is vibrant and the finishing is smooth.
I personally prefer twist locks for the tripod legs, although this is definitely a matter of personal preference. The legs can also be extended outwards using the quick release clip to have an even lower height. This may be particularly helpful when trying to get a lower vantage point for artistic reasons, such as when focussing on the foreground.
Would definitely reccomend as a studio or outdoor tripod or even for events and travel! Carbon fiber tripods are ideal for travelling.

Well, I buy things only if I strictly need them.
►What do you get?
In the box there is a nice carrying case, the tripod and the quick release.
Personally I use the most the tripod and when I need to create content for social media I use also the quick release for my phone.
►How light is the tripod?
Compared to what I have used used so far it is very lightweight. I would definitely recommend this specially to travellers, at 1.33kg it is woow!!
►What is carbon on this tripod?
The tubes, the rest is good quality aluminium.
►The head?
When you see if for the first time it might look small to you but from what I have experienced does a good job. It goes 360 and has marking all around which is very helpful specially for panoramas or wide landscapes.
This really helps me when I have to film from a specific angle and then I rotate the head to get a different angle and i literally take a picture of the angle where the camera was positioned before. Like this I dont have to worry about getting a different angle.
The plate of the head has a nice branding on it, made from rubber which will stop your camera from sliding.
The lock works really well. When I move my almost 3kg camera to portrait mode all the weight goes on one side and when I lock the head it literally stays where I wanted. The rotation of the head is smooth, doesnt glitch to interupt somehow your smooth video.
►The middle part of the tripod?
The lock which is located in the middle is easy to access ad to loose or lock,
There is also the wheel lock with rubber on top which will allow you to make the tripod taller. I strongly suggest to keep that properly locked to avoid your camera to slide down.
►The legs?
These have 4 sections and will allow you to go very specific with the height.
The best part is when you open them they slide down very fast so you dont have to pull them, for me this saves a lot of time, what I alsways do it I unlock all 3 legs from all sections and just let them open. Also when you adjust the height the legs go very smooth.
At the bottom these have a good solid rubber which will prevent the tripod from sliding. I mainly use it in the kitchen where I film a cooking show and the tripod stays ok on the tiles. For this is also use a backpack wiht around 5-7 kg inside to stabilize it properly. There is hook that you use to attach things(like in my case the backpack for more stability).
►How stable is it?
For what I use for, it is great. Now I cannot say anything about taking it hiking where the wind might be a problem.
I use it stricly in the kithen and I move it around quite a lot to catch different angles.
►Why did I buy this one instead of others?
It is very simple, because it is lightweight and compact. Sometimes I have to travel to my clients for food shots and i have to carry with me the gear and I wanted something to save on weight and size. This tripod is what I needed.
►The quick release?
Well build and nice looking also, I would say to use it more with the phones. It is very practical to have it around and I consider a good addition that you get this with the tripod.
►The carrying case?
Nice one!! You can easily fit the tripod(only properly folded) and maybe some other small gear, there is room left.
►Overall experience with this?
Was a bit surprised to realise how light and compact this is. Easy to use and stable enough for my static setup and the 3kg camera I use the most.
►Cons? I didnt find any so far.
I will update this review in a couple of months to let you know how this performs in time.

I bought this tripod because my old one was really not compact enough and was a bit “chip”. With the one if no problem, it even fits in a backpack with its cover. It has a 360 head which is perfect and very practical! It is stable and very solid I highly recommend it! I put some photo of the tripod and a shot that I made thanks to him.

This is a competitive market, and there are some very expensive carbon lightweights out there, but I think value for the money is key here. It's a great design, a no-brainer for travel. It's stable, and with the hook under for hanging a bag or weight, it really locks it down. Overall it's a great design.

It's my 2nd tripod the first summer very light and I used it for my bridge I switched to a reflex with a bigger zoom and I decided to take a tripod more suitable for the weight of my camera but I didn't want to too expensive. I have found this model it is really very good I take it with me every time I want to take photos of landscapes or other it is robust and well made, professional and in addition it turns into a monopod if there is no space in addition with the ball joint I can put my camera in different positions for more creative shots. Very happy with this purchase

Does the job well, the feet look fragile with the 150,600 tamron g2, I'm not trying to deploy the last ones with 3kg5. We will see in time

This is a very nice travel tripod. I always get backpacks with loops to hold a small tripod, but all the small tripods I've had were flimsy, and not worth hauling around. All of my good tripods are too big for that purpose. This one now fills that void.
It's very strong. When extending the legs for the first time, I did have to yank it a bit to get them out, but after I freed them they slid smoothly.
They rotate all the way around and the maximum angle locks in with a button.
The top arm extends up with 2 segments, and each leg has 5 segments. This is a great tripod to carry around, but if you need to deploy it quickly, it might frustrate you. It takes a good minute to fully deploy if you know what you're doing.
It comes with a ball head and a quick release plate. The ball head glides smoothly, and has a compass and spirit level attached to the top to ensure you have perfect framing. The ball head also can rotate with what feels like a fluid head swivel on the bottom. Simple pans are easy, but you have to twist the camera instead of holding a handle. The quick release plate locks down with a thumb screw. You can loosen the screw and slide it back and forth a small amount, but it hits a stop without letting your camera slide off and fall to the ground. It's a fairly small quick release plate, but it's fairly strong.
It has a nice steel hook on the bottom that you can attach a sand bag to, for if you plan on shooting in the wind.
Overall this is a great kit that comes with the tripod, a ball head, and a quick release plate. It has everything you need besides the camera.
Highly recommended.

Very light for its size, slightly more fiddly to set up as the legs fold back on themselves to keep the length to a minimum. Friction head works well, if not quite as smooth as a fluid head. Due to lockdown I have not had a great deal of use out of it yet but it fits great in my bag and does the job well.
