Arrived on time and sort of worked for 24 hours, after which the videos limited themselves to a max of 15 seconds length despite being set to 3 mins. The IR (night time) range was under 2 metres with an angle of less that 40 degrees. The companion phone app had no written descriptors for the settings screen. The remote didn't work until I discovered (on YouTube) it needed charging, for which I had to find a suitable cable (not supplied). The 8 AA batteries required lasted under 72 hours despite the standby time being set to only 6 hours per day. It's had to go back.

Camera was as described, very sturdy easy to setup and gives quality images.

Decided to invest in an outdoor camera as we have a number of cats and wonder what they get up to at night - especially their apparent need to bring mice in. Set this camera up in a few places in the house for trial and to change the settings so that we were getting a decent mix of pictures VS battery life - put in a new 128GB SD card, formatted it and set it in a high cat traffic area. The pictures are of excellent quality as is the video, in the initial setup stages teh camera managed 5,000 pictures and 1,600 videos before the batteries gave out and it needed charging; Whilst the Wi-Fi option is great for a sneak peak of what's going on using the app which is available, I have opted to bring the camera in once a week for charging and to download the footage though the Wi-Fi option works well and might be the preferred option for some.The box comes with the usual bits and bobs as well as a mount you can use to attach the camera to pretty much anything so you aren't limited to ground level only; one thing I did notice is when plugging the camera in via the included USB cable it can also operate as a webcam which due to it's bulk may not be of day-to-day use but it's a backup option in case either one you have fails or you have use of this featuer.Overall the camera is working well and giving much needed insight into the nocturnal activities of our feline residents as well as having a multitude of funtions and settings so you can get the right setup for your individual circumstances.

just says connected without internet, instructions awful and no support anywhere? if no one helps soon im going to send back to amazon

Really good wildlife camera used to watch badgers, hedgehogs , birds , foxes in the garden. Works well and easy connecting to phone with wifi

With the Wi-Fi connection, You just can't do this with other cameras as easily as this one. I can link to my iPad iOS10 and see the pictures as the action happens LIVE, real-time. The mounting bracket is great. The Wi-Fi link wristband needs to be charged with the cable used on an Amazon Kindle. Turn with wristband over and put your fingernail under the indentation at the top on the wriststrap, flip this up and a USB charging socket appears. It needs about 3 hours charge all will probably last for months. The Wi-Fi link wristband allows you to turn the Wi-Fi on and off on the camera, without touching the camera.This information is missing from the TC50 user manual

The camera itself is reasonably good although I found the night shots to be a little grainy and the IR does not reach that far. The main issue I had was the fact that it’s not really wi-fi connected as you would normally understand it, but rather it uses its own wireless setup to communicate with another device. This entails switching it into “wi-if mode” using the buttons or the supplied on/off remote and connecting to the camera SSID. The wireless range is very limited, just a few feet, and very slow if you try to download a video file. If it had been able to connect to the home network it would have been much more useable.

This has a clear set of instructions which makes setting it up quite straightforward and everything worked first time. Photos and video are very clear and using the app with wifi is very simple and very useful. We are using this as a garden camera to see what appears overnight - it seems to be exactly what we needed

Use this in the Garden to check out out hedgehogs and ot is great. Pictures are really clear and great quality, video can be set to time to suit you and it is easy to set up. Love it

Had 2 of these cameras, 1 a replacement. Both had faulty sensors, both worked the first time but not the second. There obviously must be a design fault with them. I've had 2 of the cameras and both had the fault so buy with this in mind. Everything else is good to very good. There Customer service is excellent, received the replacement within 3 days of asking, but as I said this one had the same fault so I asked for a refund this time and got it in a very short time. First class customer service.
