Overall, it's been a good value purchase for the money! I'm sure it's pretty hard to find better scopes in this price range. It's quite portable which was my main priority. The only downside is the settings which is very fiddly and you'll need some time to experiment with focusing it. You'll need both hands/fingers! The attached manual is rather useless so you'll need to find it out yourself, but after this `running in`, it appears quite simple to use. The 30x magnification is a bit overstatement, but still you can zoom in on surprisingly deeply. Obviously, the picture will become `shaky` around after 20x magnification, so you'll definitely need a tripod there - neither this or a phone holding clip is in the pack, which is unfortunate. Forget this scope with a hand tremor, I'm afraid!Good low-light usability though, down to its good quality lens.Highly recommended guys!PROS:- Low cost - good value- Strong magnification power- Portable with good build quality- Also fine with wearing glasses- Not much distortion in the cornersCONS:- Rather fiddly setting up- Both hands are needed to use- Less stable picture with higher zooms - a tripod is a must- No accessories in the pack

This is a great monocular with a nice bright image. The instructions are not clear and it took a little time to twig them double focus system. This involves sled and t we OST for fine focus , a bit like a combination binoculars and telescope!A good buy.

Really pleased with this product and works well. You just need to remember to pull the front end out fully then use the focus wheel. Easy to do but if you don't then focusing is a problem. - Of course I could have read the instructions !!

I bought this well made monocular as it is small and fits in my coat pocket, I use it for viewing wildlife in particular deer and birds. It is easy to focus and the zoom feature works well but please remember to open the monocular before using it by pulling the action forward. Once it has been opened up it can be focused easily and the zoom adjusted to suit; it does have to be focused on each use but this is easy to do. It will take a normal tripod mount and comes with a carry case with lens protection caps and is made of metal so is robust. It is a pleasure to use!Pros:Lightweight.Robust.Easy to use.Rubber lens caps.Protective carry case.Small size, just fits in a large pocket. Can be mounted on a standard tripod.Good viewing quality.Excellent value for money.Cons:Has to be focused on each use.No mobile phone mount provided. No tripod provided.

It functions ok, but I really should have bought a better zoom and spent more money.

Great fun watching young birds emptying the bird feeder. Alas not so good watching the cats murder the young tykes due to their inability to fly courtesy of being to fat

I was looking for a small monocular device as I don't get on well with binoculars. I thought that this might be a budget version but it does the job perfectly. I could see the detail on the seal pups on a visit to the inner hebrides with ease. Havnt yet tried the addons but will do in due course.
