I bought these Freewell range of filters as they were one of the first to use a magnet rather then a thread to attach the filter to the lens, and this makes life so much easier when swapping filters

Love the fact that I can change filters without the need of having to scree these on, especially when wearing gloves on a cold winter day

Due to a neurological issue I'm using a bridge camera - a Sony RX10 IV. I love it but have been looking for a solution to area blow out and read that a graduated neutral density filter would help. I was offered the "K&F Concept 72mm HD Soft GND8 Lens Filter, 3 Stop (0.9) Soft Graduated Neutral Density Filter" and selected it as a trial. The lens seems to be of good quality especially for the price. It didn't distort the images and the final photos were sharp; it was easily screwed onto my camera.

In order to do the product justice, I still have to use this filter in the "battle" apart from a few test shots. Test shots were fine. It would have been nice to have a mark on the movable ring that shows the upper, dark position, I'll just touch the upper, dark position with a tippex, just think that makes it easier for me to position it correctly. All in all good value for money and looks and feels good.

I saw very little color cast. Yes, it was a bit there, as you get with almost every sub-$300 ND, but it's not strong and easy to fix. The glass is of nice quality and is not a super dust magnet. The coating appears to offer high glare resistance. The coating also seems to bead up water and get out of the way quickly, which I wasn't expecting for a filter at this price point. The build quality is great and the threads are smooth with no burrs, something you'll often see on super budget filters.
