Product arrived in a brown manufacturer box. I'm not sure if it's brand new. The telescope itself is easy to assemble and use. The tripod is little flimsy and the swivrl part is not good. The viewing angle could be uncomfortable. I was able to see Saturn, Jupiter and 4 of its moons. Not a bad telescope but buying something more powerful would be better.

Very happy with this telescope! Easy to set up and use. I attached my iPhone for nice close-ups of the moon recently. Have had a lot of fun with this telescope so far this summer!

The telescope itself is great. We’ve been out most nights looking at Jupiter and Saturn and constellations.
The only negative thing I’d say is the tripod is very flimsy. It broke on our second use and we had to fix it. It’s very poor quality.

Well packaged for easy gift wrapping. My son has a fascination with the moon and stars. I thought this telescope would be average given the decent price but even i was surprised at just how good the view of the moon was. I used the lens on my phone camera and took a screen shot..one very happy son at Xmas

The price is good but maybe I expected more.As for viewing planets,I think you need more power and to spend more to get better.I live close to the airport so it's ok for that.

I love this telescope! It took me less than 15 minutes to setup and it’s so easy to use. The image of the moon is so clear! I even used it to record some videos a deer and they were clear. Multifunctional! Definitely recommend!
