Good quality trail camera, love it.

First: I received nothing for this review. This is important as many, many of the cheaper, Chinese "brand" cameras get their good reviews by bribing people to take down bad ones with free stuff.I own/have owned probably about 15 trail cameras and have had them out in the woods in both freezing temperatures and 100+ degrees and 100% humidity. It will fail, quickly.This camera is affordable, reliable, packed with features, super easy to use and takes absolutely amazing footage. The night time stuff is remarkable, and better than any other camera I have-- including a 200 dollar Browning. I use my cameras to find and look at cool animals, not to hunt. Hence, my needs are actually significantly GREATER. I'm not trying to locate a buck to shoot (I click right past all the stupid white tail pics), I'm looking to view smaller, faster, more interesting animals. Many cameras take such crappy footage, that these smaller animals look like little white blurs at night, or just undistinguished brown blurs during the day. This camera catches astonishingly clear, detailed, night time imagery, and crystal clear day time imagery. I've included a video of a weasel. Note you can see the tip on the tail, the face, etc. In the bobcat photo, you can see accurate depth, detail and color. Most other cameras you get a washed out, pixelated piece of garbage. If you're new to this, just trust me.I OWN 5 OF THESE AND THEY'RE ALL GREAT. This is the camera for you if you need an affordable, very high quality product.

Very pleased with this. After reading the manual and going through all the settings, and a trial run in the house, I set this up in my backyard to capture what goes on along the trail that parallels my property. I am amazed at the quality of photos and videos. The night vision video captured the snow-capped mountains in the distance silhouetted against the sky. The only critters I saw were human critters, but I know some furry rascals are out there. The camera worked well in the cold temps (it got down to 10 degrees F last night). There were frost crystals all over the lens and sensors, but the camera still took decent photos and video of me retrieving the memory card this morning. I’m trying out the time lapse feature today, and I expect it will work well.My only complaint is that even though I have this set to low sensitivity and no delay, the videos start too late. Walkers were halfway across the screen, and the 4-wheeler was out of frame by the time the video started. I do have it set to take a 3-photo burst plus video, so maybe it does the photos first then starts the video. I’ll have to figure that one out.

*UPDATE* I had to update my review....this camera is amazing! I based my other review on viewing the video and pictures on the the camera screen. This weekend we downloaded them onto our laptop - wow!! Our family and friends were so impressed with the clarity of the image,color and the sound. I have added a video - it sounds like there is some sound distortion, but it is only our creek nearby. We are SO impressed with this camera!We bought this camera to see what kind of wildlife we had on our property. The 1st day we set it up, we made the mistake of putting it on the highest sensitive motion (I can't remember the exact setting name as it is not here, nor do I have the manual at my house). The motion sensors were so sensitive we had a memory card full of leaves blowing for hours! (Our fault - the directions specifically warned about that!) So, we set it on low, and checked it a week later - oh my goodness!! It was amazing! We had all kinds of elk (including babies!!) and some turkeys. Our favorite was when one of the elk came up to the camera and sniffed it! CUTE!! The picture was amazingly clear and the battery life said full even after 2 weeks. And, like I said, the 1st time used we filled a 64 GB memory card! We are extremely happy with this purchase and are planning on buying another one for our gate area. It is very easy to set up and use. We LOVE the fact that we can check the pictures right in the woods instead of having to take it back and download it onto a phone or computer. Great camera for a great price!

This camera works out of the box once you have your AA batteries and an SD card (I am using a size 128 GB Micro SD card bought on kf ). It has survived wind and hail and takes very good pictures. The pictures are deleted by pressing a review then delete button on the camera or you can hook up the camera to your computer (or use a card reader) to view/delete. There is a 30 second count down function that allows you to set up the camera without causing it to take pictures of you setting it up (the motion triggers the photos). The pictures are surprisingly clear! There are 3 sensitivity setting and the first time I had it on high sensitivity it took 500 pictures, then only 25 better photos not the medium sensitivity setting. The camera is so easy to use that you don't need a lot of instruction to use it out of the box. I wish the viewing area on the camera was larger but downloading to your computer fixes that. Great camera and it will capture people and creatures in the area of interest with amazing detail in daylight or nighttime,

Had this camera for over 1 month, it was a perfect purchase. It is built in good quality and has lots of features. Its positives:- easy to set up. it has a color screen, good for programming and preview- far, fast and accurate motion detection- unbelievable clear pictures and videos- accurate time-lapse- H.264 videos (in good compression, haven't seen this feature in other game cams)- can accept 128GB Micro SD card, greater than 128GB the seller advertised- good for camouflageI can't give out the comments on batteries life, but it looks fine by far, time will tell.At the moment, so excited I have owned this cam. I would recommend to my hunter friends.

kf is the best trail camera I've ever used. Its quality and performance exceeds most of the high-priced well-known brand trail game cams. I was very impressed with its excellent photo and video - 16mp picture and 1080p 30fps video. Pleasantly surprised to find that the 10-second of videos in 1080p were only about 10MB size, much smaller than the video of 30MB size on my another brand trail camera. I guess this was produced through the advanced encoding and compression technology as stated in the description. Really save my cost on sd card and easier for me to share!It seems in reliable design and has good waterproof performance. The cam was outside during a wind driven torrential rainstorm and as expected there was no water infiltration into the camera. I also found that in low light where there was only a weak corridor light, this cam could take color videos, but my another cam could not, although the videos in low light were not same clear level compared to in adequate light at daytime, but those were clear enough for me to identify everything, and present more details than videos in black & white. I tried to take videos by my phone without flash turned on, the phone only can shoot a nearly dark video clips. This cam did good job. Amazing! In the woods, there is total darkness at night, it performs quite well, the nighttime pictures and video were still clear. No glow IR LED is very important to me, I won't worry about whether it would be stolen. I am very pleasant with my purchase and I think this cam is one of the best choice I've made.

It does what it said just beware it won't work through glass.
But outside the images are quite clear.
