If we consider that it is a mid-range, it deserves 3 stars and if we consider that it is a high-end one, it deserves 1 star.
For my part, like all the KF & Concept filters that I have purchased, I consider that all Chinese items from this brand are between the low end and the middle range and that therefore, their quality/price ratio is quite good.
To take a regular photo, it's acceptable.

Actually this is not as lightweight as some have complained about. It's pretty average weight and good for stable photography.
