Wow, tried this cam for the first time last night and bagged some video of a fox hanging around the stream bank next to our house. Just pointed it down from a fencepost for a punt and was delighted with the first trial. Plenty of moonlight enabled a good enough picture. So exciting, can't wait until tomorrow morning to check out the next instalment of evening wildlife activity!

Great wildlife camera!Really good compact size, it is very unobtrusive and secures well with the adjustable straps.Good pictures and really fun for my children to set up in our garden and observe what explores our garden at night.Seems to record with no problem and for our use has recorded all we want.Super prompt delivery and I bought at a very reasonable price, I'm really happy with it.

I've had a similar product before that had gone wrong and decided to get new one. This particular camera is really small and unobtrusive. I use it to film wildlife in our garden. It was easy to set up and once set up it just works. I have set up a security code which has to be set each time the camera is set up to film. It's not essential to have this but I have set it up. The results are great , taking the camera indoors after a night filming and plugging it in to the laptop to see what's been "captured". I wasn't expecting so much for the price, I suppose you could pay lots more. This one is perfect for my needs and totally recommended.

A very handy camera -principally used to film night visitors to back garden. Easy to set up and adjust times to record both still pictures and video. Playback on screen not perfect but can be connected to computer via provided usb cable if SD card reader not available- gives a better view of recordings.

A great camera for both day and night use, opens a whole new world of what goes on in the garden at night. Batteries have lasted well so far but would be even better if there was a battery status display that indicated remaining life. Added - Just seen the battery status indicator, so ignore the above comment, it just gets better and better :-)

I have had this wildlife camera for many months using it regularly and my experience is one ofvvery mixed feelings. The Campark Trail camera's Good points are it takes quality photos and videos which you can view quickly on the built-in screen, it is compact and robust and it's camouflaged skin makes it blend in with natural surroundings. It was reasonably priced. It's irritating features are it goes through batteries quickly (of course depending on what Menu features you employ) - still I have used rechargeables (against recommendation) for around 6 months and they work well, much cheaper running costs and much less environmental waste. A major irritation is when you remove batteries the camera defaults to a manufacturing date and time - what a faff. The Menu buttons have barely discernable labels and I had to write / tag them with a fine point acrylic marker.

Haven't had this out for too long so far, but certainly seems to do the job! Fairly straightforward to operate, I look forward to see how it copes with an orkney winter. Will update later!
