We knew that we had foxes in the garden but we wanted to know what they did at night, and this camera was perfect for that. It was relatively easy to set up - you just need to experiment with the settings and the camera placement to get the best results. This is the first wildlife camera that we've had, so have nothing to compare it to, but we were impressed with the video results for both daytime (colour) and night-time (black & white).On the downside, the camera did develop a fault after about 7 months, but the customer service I received from the manufacturers was excellent - I was really impressed with their response.Just a word of advice. If you have got domestic cats or local foxes in your garden, be careful where you place your camera. Ours was a prime target for them to mark out their territories on, so you might get some unexpected shots!!

Arrived well packed and on timeAfter reading the easy to understand English instructions, the unit was set-up and put into position for over-night use.Have checked what pictures were captured and am pleased with the results (apart from 'selfie' taken as I positioned the unit}Good service, price and helpful customer service

So far, I can't credit Crenova enough for what has proven so far to be a great camera. Delivery was swift, with everything well packaged, including clear instructions. In fact, it was easier than I thought it would be to set up and use. Image and video capture quality can be amended as desired, but at their optimum settings, the picture is crisp and the video is very clear. Night vision works really well too. I have only tried the time lapse mode once, but it seemed to work perfectly. One of the biggest perks of this particular product is that it comes with a 32 GB Memory Card included, so you can start using the camera immediately. The videos I have captured are so colourful, active and high quality that sadly it was taking too long to upload them to this review, but hopefully the still image of the robin I have attached gives a good idea of the picture quality!

I am very happy with my new trail camera. I found it easy to use. Build quality looks very good. Picture quality also very good.

The batteries don't seem to last long but then again I am not using rechargeable ones as yet. I need to get some soon. Overall I am quite happy with the product for the cost. Reproduction is good on the higher pixel rating. I have still not captured our mysterious caller who illumnates our sensor lights between 21:00 and 22:00 hrs. I guest it might be a mouse, it must be something small. I just need to position the camera in the right position then I am sure the camera will do it's job. I have found the cameras operating menu simple to use which is a bonus.

We had a problem with a Crenova camera, so I emailed asking for advice. Daisy at Crenova answered very promptly, and as our camera had become obsolete, I was offered a free replacement of a more up-to-date model. The new camera is working well, and we are having fun with it, waiting for those elusive creatures to come into our garden and get captured on camera. I cannot fault the Crenova after-sales service team, their response was over and above what I expected.

Very easy to programme. Good clear recordings. Simple to operate. Bought to catch the wild life in our garden.
