Bought this item in early June 2020. We have had so much enjoyment from it. I would highly recommend this as an excellent camera. It takes great night time and day time video. Very pleased with it.

I received this product as a gift a few months ago. The camera works very well and is easy to attach to the mount. This camera is small and easily disguised and the picture and video is clear !! The only issue I had was that the instructions where clear but we had a few issues setting up The camera And getting it to work at the correct time. However after a few attempts we managed to sort it and this works brilliant !!

The clips to secure the front panel failed within a few weeks. Within the twelve months use the date would set on the camera but the time would not set, contacted the company regarding the issue. I got a reply back that basically asked the question that I had told them what the fault was. I replied back but have had no further replies back from them. Choose another company to purchase a similar camera.

Broke after not even 4 months. Given the price, I would have expected a much better quality.

This trail camera gives high quality videos and photos of the hedgehogs in my garden. It is easy to use and is much better than some of the more expensive trail cameras on the market.

I’ve had a Crenova camera for several years, they never fail to produce good results.However when things have gone wrong we’ve never had any help, until now.The service from this company has been prompt and very helpful. Thanks tothem we have got the camera up and running. Take a look at this..

This trail cam was the perfect tool for the job ,night vision realy good as in the picture,day light very impressed with quality i have it set at 720x480 with very good results .the camera is well built maybe a little heavy when loaded with 8 batteries but a very good quality cam

The customer service from Crenova has been outstanding. Within six months our first camera failed. Having emailed Crenova, after guidance and help, we were sent a new camera within a few days. It works really well and have no hesitation in recommending this product and after sales service.
