I am really pleased with the product, the instructions straight forward/ unambiguous, and the customer Service is Excellent ! I queried the "light level" in JPEG & video, battery types & external power sources and received answers to each query the same day from Ray & the team. When you read of the customer service of other Trail Camera brands, Crenova is light years in front of them

Excellent camera, very c,ear picture and good battery life. Use it with a mains lead too to give long battery life.

This is the only one of 6 wildlife cameras I have used which continues to function after approx 3 months. Others have sharper pictures but this had good battery life. Not the most expensive nor the cheapest but so far, but the best I have used (5 months later) supplier also offered free binoculars but these have yet to materialise...update, a year on and the buttons no longer work so I can't reset anything. Got in touch with Crenova and they offered to replace it, meaning you can buy this camera with peace of mind.

We thought we had a hedgehog in the garden and this has been confirmed using this camera. There are a few irritations. For example - Why couldn't the tripod screw have been fitted to the camera part rather than the rear cover? As it stands you can't mount it on a tripod and use the screen to check the field of view. Very annoying and so easy to fix.Battery life with Lithiums is good but it needs 8 of these expensive batteries.Image quality in daylight is excellent. Night quality is not so good but adequate.Great fun

I purchased this Trail Camera in May for my wife. All went well with good images of wildlife ( mainly foxes in the garden) until in September when it developed a fault.I got in touch with crenova by e-mail and left a message for someone to phone back. They responded the very next day by both means. I was told to try this or try that, but when I got back and told them the camera was still experiencing problems a new replacement was sent via Amazon within a few days.No more problems, camera working well. What a great service no messing. I would definitely recommend this camera.

This is the second camera it have purchased and it has allowed me to capture many great wildlife moments in our garden. The quality of the pictures is overall very good and the build of the camera is very robust.

This products is clearly advertised as a WATERPROOF Trail Camera. It is not, pure and simple! I had this camera less than 10 days and the first rainy day we had it became waterlogged and packed up. Whether this was a fault with just the camera I obviously do not know, but I would like to make other customers aware that this is something to be wary of!
