The cap holds properly, even on a filter. It seems well made and comparable to my favorite caps (Nikon).

On my Sony with a standard lens, the cover fits perfectly. Of course, I expected that from a branded part. Corresponds fully to my expectations.

I have two Sony cameras in my household and the lens caps on both of them broke after years. The new lids fit great and I'll write about the durability later

The lid does what it is supposed to and replaces the original 100%. Of course it's cheaper too.

It can also be attached when the lens hood is attached backwards and the UV filter is screwed on. Consequently, the optimal protection of the lens during transport and when the camera is not in use! It's definitely worth the price!

Unfortunately, I had lost my cap and decided on the original instead of a replica. Of course, this holds perfectly, but you also have to accept the slightly higher price. But if you've bought a camera and lens for a few thousand bucks, don't skimp on the cap.
