Motion and sound detection is very accurate. So accurate that you'll get an alarm even if a curtain moves in the room. I would personally recommend having a separate phone if you want to keep a constant eye on the baby. Notifications work even when you close the app or on a call. Overall a good product and worth the money.

I have the K&F Concept 1080P indoor camera and am very happy with it, so I had to try this 360 model. It takes over the static camera's capabilities and adds the ability to either manually pan and tilt the camera, or you can simply enable motion tracking from the app. I wrote a review for the static camera and it carries over many of the features, including the great video quality.

The video has amazing quality! After great customer service, they sent me a replacement camera and told me they updated their app and software to fix the audio and connection issues. After testing it for a few days, I can say that the audio and connection have greatly improved. It no longer stutters and works great.
