Superb quality of photos and videos. Enjoy watching badgers and foxes most mornings following their visits the previous night.Had a problem with the camera and contacted their service dept by email. The camera was replaced FOC within 5 days - excellent service.

Solid looking camera. Instructions could be clearer. Whilst coming with data card it doesn’t come with batteries and it needs 8 in total. It indicates 6 month standby but That’s without anything being detected as I found the batteries went really quickly after a few nights monitoring. I’ve purchased rechargeable batteries so I hope that helps.

Seems to work well on once set up. Need to experiment with best position etc. Instructions not as clear as they could be to get it all working, but you should get there eventually.

Brilliant bit of kitWe set it up to watch the birds but have seen so much moreWe now know how the squirrel steals from the bird feedersWe also realised a big rat was also coming and eating the bits on the floor so we’ve put a stop to thatI didn’t think many cats lived around here but I’ve seen them out on their nightly adventures

This was working fine initially but after a few months I noticed that it seemed to be becoming a bit sluggish in its response to movement. This was confirmed when it caught a fox playing with some gardening shoes left outside the back door. The camera was set to high sensitivity but it didn't start taking shots until a few seconds after activity. In one shot the lawn was clear and in the following shot a shoe had magically appeared. Subsequently the culprit was found playing with shoe. This delay happened numerous times wherever the camera was placed and at numerous settings. To make things worse, there has now been water ingress that has fogged the inside of the lense. It has been sixteen months since purchase so it will be a screwdriver job to see if it can be opened and the lense cleaned. This is the third "waterproof" electronic device bought for outdoor use that has suffered water ingress.
