The original camera was bought for us by our son as a present. It developed a fault after a couple of months. On informing the company Daisy sent a new camera very quickly. My wife and I were very impressed with the total lack of hassle and the efficiency shown in sending a replacement.

This was bought for me as a present. It took me a short while to work out the settings properly, but I'm now getting good photos and videos.2nd Review: The first camera became faulty and I was already in contact with the supplier over the free gift. They immediately supplied me with another one with no questions asked. I have to say that their service is second to none.

This camera is easy to set up and use even for an amatuer like me. The delivery was super quick and I had it set up and ready to go within minutes. I am still learning the finer points of how to use it, but so far it has provided me with hours of fun. A really good buy, 10/10

Excellent product, I've a number of their Trail Cameras and are more than happy with them all. This latest model seems to have teething problems, but Daisy at Crenova gave me After Sales Service, second to none when I had a problem, cannot praise her enough!

Everything works as expected to watch wildlife in the garden. Good images and, once you get the hang of it, easy to set up.

I love this camera which was a birthday present from my daughters. I have a big garden and love wildlife. The camera will be positioned in different places around the garden at night to find out what is out there among the bushes and plants. Every morning I check the images from the night before and have found foxes, hedgehogs, mice and rats as well as several cats.

We knew that we had foxes in the garden but we wanted to know what they did at night, and this camera was perfect for that. It was relatively easy to set up - you just need to experiment with the settings and the camera placement to get the best results. This is the first wildlife camera that we've had, so have nothing to compare it to, but we were impressed with the video results for both daytime (colour) and night-time (black & white).On the downside, the camera did develop a fault after about 7 months, but the customer service I received from the manufacturers was excellent - I was really impressed with their response.Just a word of advice. If you have got domestic cats or local foxes in your garden, be careful where you place your camera. Ours was a prime target for them to mark out their territories on, so you might get some unexpected shots!!
