Great camera gives really clear views of wildlife particularly at night. Sound could be clearer but overall happy with the product

Purchased in May 2020,worked well for a short period, then developed a fault and was unusable. Contacted Crenova and they sent a new camera, good news. December 2020 replacement camera develops a fault. Email Crenova they send a firmware update which solves the problem .22nd January 2021 fault returns, camera unusable, contact Crenova who suggest I take parts from first camera and place in replacement camera! At this stage I contact Amazon who recommend return of camera for a refund. This was done with excellent service from Amazon. Still waiting to hear from Crenova who have been silent ever since. Crenova's emails came from China. Draw your own conclusions from my experience.

This is a great camera. Had lots of use and some amazing pictures of wildlife. However recently it has developed a keypad fault that does not let you view your recently taken pictures. Despite registering my lifetime warranty. Crenova are unwilling to help me resolve this issue. I suspect other customers have had this same problem. Buy another camera.

I must admit that I dreaded setting up the camera when it arrived but was very happy to find that set-up was so easy!. All the standard features of time / date, date stamp etc; were there and set up easily and quickly.Then came the choices of time lapse photos and video settings and I could not believe how easy they were to set up. Once this is done all that remains is to place the camera and look forward to your captures.The features are excellent with crisp clear pictures day or night and the video is well defined HD quality.There are choices of time lapse which is a nice feature to have or motion detection pictures and video.I have already captured an urban fox that I never expected to see, let alone the blue tits and green finchand other creatures. I am very pleased with the camera and am re-assured to know that Crenova's excellent team are there if you need their support. An excellent wildlife camera at a great price.Highly recommended

So far its great if you want a easy Trail Camera to operate buy this one as its so simple. Battery life so far is very good lasted two days 48 hours and still plenty of battery life left. Thanks for the great product.

I bought this camera to watch down my garden. I am very pleased with it and the clarity of the pictures are excellent day and night. There are many features to this camera such as IR trigger, time setting, quality video and photos etc..This camera is of excellent manufacturing and comes with a 32GB SD card which is a bonus.I would recommend this trail camera to anyone who wishes to record nature or even use it as security camera for night watching. Excellent value for money.

I have used this camera to take AVI videos of wildlife in the garden. It has worked well and is easy to set up with different definitions and times of video, following the detection by infrared of animal or human. It also takes still photos including time lapse. I have been impressed with the picture quality; my only negative comment is that the sound on the videos is quite faint. However, this is usually unimportant.
