Just started to use this trail camera. Great pictures so far both night and day. Bought for my wife so she can get candid photos/videos of the garden wildlife. For the money I would definitely recommend this product.

I have used this camera for over a year with really good results. When the camera developed a fault I contacted the service department and the situation was quickly resolved - outstanding service.

I bought this camera as something keeps taking the fish from my pond. Having set up the camera I have discovered that the culprit is a magpie. We have a very clever bird that visits our garden, not only can he open all the bird feeders but can also catch fish. Apart from that the camera behaves very well

Don't waste your money! Having poistioned this camera in several locations, 5m away from food left out, directly in line with the camera to encourage wildlife (eg, foxes, hedgehogs etc), the camera failed to trigger despite the food being eaten every night. It only triggered once and that was when a bat flew close to it (within 1 metre ). So really disapointed with it so far. The screen quality is also very poor. I wouldn't buy this again.

This was purchased as a present so I am unable to give specific ratings, but the person I bought it for is very pleased with the Trail Cam. Service has been good. No problems.

The camera is easy to set up and operate. I read a lot of the other reviews in advance of my purchase, particularly the lower scoring reviews.I found that nearly all of the critical points could have been resolved easily by reading the instructions carefully.It does seem a little counter-intuitive to have all the settings under the 'test' mode, but if you read the book, it explains things clearly.The battery life (I use NiMH 2300 mAH) has been very good. The image quality is superb, even in the middle setting of 5M pixels. The video quality is excellent. If I had to level a criticism, it would be that in low light conditions (not total darkness), the IR illumination is sometimes too high, especially if the subject is close to the camera. Even this is not enough to make me lower my scoring.I could not identify a means of registering my camera on the website. After a quick comment about this on the Facebook page, the customer service was prompt and has resolved my query immediately.
